In order to ensure this, Orthomolecular Products are now only available for purchase to logged in patients and customers.

Shipping Liability: ePothex is not responsible for packages that have left our facility that have been marked as delivered by the USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. For items damaged in transit, we will work with you and the shipping company to help facilitate reimbursement for a replacement. If you believe a package was stolen from your delivery location, please file a claim with USPS (https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm) or contact local law enforcement.

COVID-19 Shipping Update: On Friday, April 17th, 2020, USPS announced possible delays in USPS Priority Mail Services. The 2-3 day delivery window has been extended to 3-4 days.
