Xymogen Mood Food ES (120 ct) supports nervous system health, inhibitory neurotransmitters, relaxation, a healthy mood, and the synthesis of neurotransmitters, including serotonin. It is a modified version of the original Mood Food formula, with the addition of Suntheanine, vitamin C, and selenium.*

Suggested Usage: Take 2 capsules 1-2 times daily, or as directed by your health care practitioner.
