Please note, the product is shipped via regular USPS. This product is stable at room temperature for several months, and being a component of vaginal flora, it can tolerate much warmer temperatures as well. We do recommend storing in a refrigerator or freezer upon arrival for maximum shelf life, but arriving hot will not harm the product
