NuBioAge 5-Amino-1MQ selectively inhibits NNMT (nicotinamide N-methyltransferase), the enzyme that consumes SAM and diverts nicotinamide away from the NAD+ salvage pathway. Block NNMT, and you preserve SAM and NAD+ availability, activate SIRT1, and shift adipocyte metabolism toward fat oxidation over storage.
